I am unable to register a card on the website. What should I do?

If the card cannot be registered, a “Contact Us” button will appear, providing information on how to contact support staff. You may also call 0 800 501 401 (working hours: 8:00–21:00, free of charge) or send an email to contactcenter@metro.ua .
