If you already have a plastic card, you can easily activate your METRO digital card directly in the application. To do so, tap “Add Business” and scan the barcode on your METRO plastic card using your smartphone camera. You will then be prompted to add a photo. You may take a photo with the camera or select an existing one from your gallery.
Select “Register a New Business” if you have not yet registered a business.
For credit card customers, confirmation is required after uploading your photo. This is necessary to prevent misuse of the credit limit feature. Please verify your photo at the Customer Entry desk before using your digital card for the first time. Also, please bring a personal identification document.
