How to Add a New Authorized Representative of a Sole Proprietor to the Business

A new authorized representative may be added independently via the customer’s personal account on the metro.ua website. 

In the “Employees and Permissions” section, an invitation must be sent to the email address of the individuals to be added to the relevant business. The authorized representative will receive an invitation email allowing them to join the business and obtain a customer card. Additionally, new authorized representatives may be added via Customer Entry points by submitting the required application completed by the business owner or by a person holding a power of attorney to act on behalf of the business.
