Who is considered a HoReCa customer?

A HoReCa business customer (or Professional customer) is an entrepreneurial entity — either a legal entity or a private entrepreneur — whose business activities fall under NACE codes 55 “Accommodation” and/or 56 “Food and Beverage Service Activities” according to the National Classification of Economic Activities of Ukraine. These are businesses operating in the hospitality and food service sector — such as cafés, bars, pubs, bistros, hotels, and other establishments that host guests and provide food, drinks, or leisure services — and are registered as clients of the Organizer. Only customers whose business types in the METRO system match those listed in section 3.1 of the official METRO CLUB loyalty program rules are eligible to participate in the program.
