After a business client registers, our staff verify the relevance and accuracy of the submitted data and documents. During this verification process, the message “Please wait for a call from the Contact Center” will be displayed in the personal account. If you are not contacted within 24 hours from the time of registration, please call 0 800 501 401 (working hours: 8:00–21:00, free of charge) or email contactcenter@metro.ua .
