How can I change my delivery date?

Delivery usually takes place within the agreed time period according to the delivery days set for each direction.

You can find out the current directions and delivery days here .

If there is a need to change the delivery date for an already created order, this is possible when the order is in the "Pending" or "Confirmed" status.

To make a change, you need to contact the phone number indicated in the upper right corner of the file attached to the Order Confirmation letter (see image below)
