How to Obtain a Quality Certificate for a Product (confirming compliance with quality standards, temperature requirements, regulations, etc.)

According to the applicable legislation, namely the Law of Ukraine “On the Basic Principles and Requirements for Food Safety and Quality” (Part 7, Article 37), it is stated that: “If not otherwise provided by law, the only document that must accompany objects of sanitary measures during their transportation (shipment), not related to export or import operations, is the consignment note.” If a customer requires quality certificates, they may request the Customer Manager (CM) to make the relevant note in the delivery data settings. In this case, quality certificates will be attached to the delivery documents for each order created via the delivery channel.
